DESCRIPTION:Looking for females to participate in a research study. The study investigates how dehydration affects competitive driving performance\, similar to F1\, INDYCAR\, and NASCAR. Participants would complete 4 visits to the Human Performance Lab on UNA’s campus. All scheduling is flexible.   \nInclusion Criteria:\n– Female 18-25 years old\n– Recreationally active (exercise 150 min/week)\n– Regular menstrual cycle  \nInterested or have questions\, contact Cecilia Andres at candres@UNA.EDU
